On 8/20 2025 I had my 10,000 mile oil change donw @ sun which has done 1all of my maintenance On my 2013 trike. My engine light was on & Suns service department said it was a low voltage warning. I purchased the battery from them less than 4 months ago & there records reflect that I did. On 8/21 I was standed on top of Ute pass becuase the when I turned the key it went click & was done-stranded on Ute pass with a battery that wouldn't event urn on my dash board lights let alone turn the bike over. I would not recommend Sun Harley-Davidson for anything. They treat their employees like shit, they fired people with families just before the holidays. one of their employees was not doing well in motorcycles sales so they fired the manager in clothing so they could move the other person back into clothing where that person started from. The GM there is the worst to work for He does not treat employee very well unless he likes you. I would never again purchase anything from this dealership, nor trust them to service my bike. Sidenote: In what is going to be a VERY negative review, I do have very positive things to say about one of the sales associates, Reed. He tried his best to help me resolve my issue, and was great at communicating throughout the entire process.
