Worst Customer Service Ever!!! This place is terrible. The beds are fine but the customer service is like nothing I've ever dealt with. I just called to ask a question about how I was billed, and the lady on the other line screamed at me that I'm just "one of a thousand other customers" and that she didn't have time to deal with me, that I should learn how to read my contract (which I never received a copy of, mind you) and then she hung up on me.
