This is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. We purchased a machine from them right before the holiday and tried to take it back to them two days later. Been shopping at Sun for years, sales, parts and service is spot on with inventory! Bought a new KTM 690 & a CRF450R from Matt Strong, dude knows bikes and how to ride! Highly recommend!!
I am amazed when I visited the office in Almere, since the collection was much more than what you can see online. I could find all the needful parts and was able to get my new brand logos also engraved on parts in a short time. Many thanks to all team members have been extremely helpful to guide me in choosing the materials . Will visit you again next month !!
The parts department could use some ethics and integrity. They will not provide what was promised on the phone. All they want is a biggest commission at any expense as long as the costumer is paying. By promising the world and not delivering. Stay away from kevin and Don in parts department.

After all these years of my go to place for our Harley and ATV, I recommend someone and they completely and dishonestly rip him off!!! They didn't even call him to confirm the work or price and what a price!!!!! Thank God he had the money, if you had done unauthorized work on mine you would have been taking it out and I would have gone somewhere else, very unprofessional! I have an older dirt bike which I was contemplating selling. but have some carburetor issues. wanted to have it gone over to make sure it ran OK before selling. I was told by their service department that they don't work on bikes older than 10 years and if they did it would be September before they could get to it. By the way 4 years ago they had no issue working on it. I will be looking somewhere else for a new ride when the time comes.
