I had deleted the original post based on the fact that the company had finally built the shed after a five month wait. But, I decided to rewrite it because I want to make sure that future customers have all the facts. I bought the shed 9/4 and was told the new shed would be built in four weeks. My old shed was torn down at week three. Then the fun began. I wish that I can put negative stars. BAD EXPERIENCE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Jeff (Sun Enterprises owner) promised my shed would be installed within 4-6 weeks. After 12 weeks and several install dates were "no shows" (also had to miss work), I asked for my deposit back due to the fact that he did not have my shed built. Jeff refused to return my $600 deposit and I was forced to pursue this as a legal matter. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor as well as the first time of having to take one to small claims court. Jeff and Sun Enterprises were contracted to build onsite a 16’ x 24’ shed/garage. In doing so they made mistake after mistake in preparations (improper drawings for getting permit, which caused delays), incorrect ordering of materials (trusses were wrong design and dimensions and no end trusses, vinyl siding wrong thickness, sill plate wrong size, as well as other necessary items missing for bu... read more

I am writing this review BEFORE my shed is even built. As of now, Nov 17,2018, I have yet to get my shed built. I purchased it at the Erie county fair and was told it would be installed sometime late sept, early oct. Week after week and promises after promises I was told excuses like the subcontractors truck broke down and that it would be done the next day.
