I booked an appointment on June 11 for quotation visit on June 13 between 8AM-12PM to have an electrical outlet put in for a hood fan. On the day of arrival I get a call that they do not provide such service and hence no technician will be coming by.

On the day of arrival literally 20 mins before 8 AM, I get a call that they do not provide such service and hence no technician will be coming by. To me this goes beyond incompetency. Staff not knowing what service they even provide (why would an electrical outlet installation not be in an electrician's scope), but failure to notify customer up until the last minute.
