What an amazing team! Our event coordinator messed up and booked our cruise for 200 people for 6pm instead of 4pm! But disaster averted. With only 3 hours notice Sun Dream moved us up an hour early and knocked it OUT OF THE PARK!! Sheila and her onboard team were nothing short of phenomenal! We could not have been more impressed. Thank you all! We HIGHLY recommend them for your group charter events! :)
Kristin, Kevin and Shelia are absolute rockstars! They made our event happen after a timing change and by the time our guests got on board everything was seamless. No one would have known what they did to scramble to make it happen. We were pulling away from the dock and everyone had a drink in hand, music playing and overall amazing time. We cruised the innercoastal and it was just perfect. The food and service were top knotch. I would highlly recommend.
Threw a surprise party for my wife on the Caprice. This company went above and beyond. From the 1st call to the last detail Sundream over delivered. A shout out to Wendy Jordan, our salesperson and Sheila our event coordinator who were my direct contact people who made everything seamless. To boot...they apparently have direct contact with the weather God's who gave us a perfect evening after 3 weeks of consistent rain. I recently hosted an event on the Catalina, one of Sundream’s three yachts, and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything ran smoothly, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. Kristin, in particular, was such a pleasure to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. WOW! What a fantastic night. One of the surprises was how great the food was. Far superior then was expected. The crew was amazing and helpful. The servers were constantly on top of their game offering more drinks or anything else. Service impeccable.
