I am very pleased and highly recommend Covenant Roofing. The office staff keep me informed every step of the way. The roofers were polite, and knew what needed to be done and did excellent work as well as kept things clean and orderly. It was evident they knew roofing . We're a couple of years into our experience with this company. The initial job went ok (other than the high volume of nails left behind which ended up in our tire on our car). They had to come back to do some re-work and during that time the third-party contractor damaged my car (they didn't tell me they were coming and didn't announce their presence, so I didn't have a chance to move it before they starting flinging shingles off my roof). Nolan from Covenant Roofing did an outstanding job in getting us a new roof paid for by our insurance. He was the only one of three contractors who actually did an inspection of our roof where he found wind damage. He gave us all of the information we needed for our insurance claim and showed up on the day the insurance company came to do their inspection. The Convenant Solar Tech team were all very friendly and approachable. The whole process went smoothly and efficiently. There was so little effort needed on our end, it hardly felt like we were getting an entire solar energy solution installed! The only hiccup we experienced was that a stamp was inadvertently left off of a letter that was mailed to us. We got it a couple of days later with the correct postage added.
