Don’t give them a your credit card. Jay evidently is one of the owners. Probably the most ignorant unprofessional business owners I’ve ever met. He fired a guy for screwing up orders. Jay comes out to “remeasure” and sticks me with the exact same PO that the guy they fired wrote. I asked them to show me a copy of my signed, approved purchase, they sent a copy that had a forged signature with details that are different from my copy. Our initial contact with Sun devil shutters and blinds was great. But the installation crew was not. We paid $5,000 for our zebra shades and the installer did not clean up his mess under every window (9 windows). He mounted the remotes on the walls and they are all crooked, and lastly he used our trash can for all the boxes he came with. We called in requesting to speak to a manager and we have not heard back from them. With this price tag a higher level of care and customer service was expected.
The shutters are beautiful! The cost was very reasonable. The salesman was a great salesman (Mario) and was very professional. However, he measured 6 of the 7 windows incorrectly. This made the install very difficult for the installer. He was very professional , courteous and knowledgeable. He represented the company very well. I wanted to work with a small family owned business. I would give a 5 star if not for the mishaps, it may not be a big deal to others but it did to me. First the salesman was the first to start the chain of events. Asked him to let me know when my check was received and he said, ok. Well I let enough time to pass to think it was delivered. Couldn’t get ahold of him, no return text, no return calls and then finally when I reach him he says he has nothing to do with when the check arrives.
