I have been a customer for Sun Auto Service in Cedar Park for about 2 years now. I found them on accident, and I am so glad I did. They take such good care of me! I had an 05 Kia Optima last year, they fixed my tie-rods, timing belt, a bolt for my tire, and many other items. They make maintainence easy. I had to get my AC repaired three times and it still doesn’t work well. Then had to get some more work done and got quoted one price over the phone and then got charges a few hundred dollars more then the quote. I discussed it with them and they said it was because of their glitchy phones. Do not recommend this company at all. Do not trust them and please don’t waste your money coming here.

I went Sun Auto/ Blue Diamond to have them change the headlights to my 6 series BMW on a Saturday, I provided the new bulbs, their cost for similar bulbs was double. So the job was just for service/labor only $189 for changing the bulbs. After I pick up my car and drove off I find the hi-beam bulbs in the back seat still in the packaging. This is one very honest auto service. They will not suggest work that isn't necessary, find ways to say you money, and go the extra mile for great customer service. I know this first-hand, plus overhearing conversations with other customers.

Very bad my mom took her 4by4 in they said 150 and it went up so we got it back and it runs very bad my mom is an old lady we never go back to them or send anybody to them. My poor mom she 68 year old Chrisy.

These people have a severe ineptness for communicating information! I will never return! I do not recommend their services! Pay more for someone else do give you better customer service! I came here on a Saturday morning in November. I do not remember the name of the clerk that checked me in. It was not MIchael. I called in advance and was told that they had a wait of about 2.5 hours for an oil change. Having things to do, I decided to drop my car off and give them the time that they needed. They deserve 0 stars! Stay away, they are deceptive and untrustworthy! Went in for an alignment, waited for 3 hours in the southpark meadows shopping center, no call, I later called them only to be told that I needed a new tire so could not have my alignment done. Went to the shop to pick up my vehicle and was told by two front office guys that it was done and was charged $80 something dollars. unbelievable service. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.
