NIGHTMARE! DO NOT make any business with Gloria at Sundecorfabrics. Once she gets your order in and your money…what she said will take 2 months will actually take 2 years and it won’t even be well done. In between she disappears, ignores your messages and lies in your face while you go crazy and beg for your stuffs. Worst experience of my life and the quality is very poor. No professionalism and no courtesy. BAD BAD BAD.
UPDATE:12/8/2024 We visited Sun Decor new showroom this week and was amazed by the new product they are selling. We worked with her some time ago and I am glad we can work together again. My firm has done business with Gloria and her staff for the past three years. Within that time my clients and I are very happy with the workmanship and courtesy they give. They have delivered on all products we requested on time and EXCELLENT QUALITY.
Do not do attempt to do business here, this company is a scam. Gloria sounds nice on the phone, but went radio silent after she deposited my check, and never sent me anything. Wasted so much of my time, and took my money.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Gave them a deposit 2 years ago and Gloria took the money and never returned another call or email.
Never replies to emails or phone calls. Here we are 4 weeks late and still no response from them. DO NOT DO business with Sun Decor
