I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from Sundeck Motel. We made a reservation for a block of 8 rooms months in advance for our wedding. We called 3 weeks before the event to confirm but were told no one was available who handled reservations, but they would call us back. They never did. A couple of days before the wedding, we called again to confirm, and were informed only 4 out of the 8 reserved rooms were available. This left us scrambling to find another place for our wedding party at the last minute.... read more

Absolutely love this place! Super clean, very friendly staff. Kat and Gabby are awesome, definitely a great little spot.
KEEP DRIVING!! ORMOND BY THE SEA IS A DUMP!!! THE PEOPLE, THE STORES, BARS AND THE RESTAURANTS ARE THE WORST!! THIS MOTEL IS SO OUTDATED OLD ROOMS, AC THAT BARELY WORKS, NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER, AND IF YOUR CAR IS DAMAGED LIKE MINE WAS, THE OWNER WILL TELL YOU ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM. THE ONLY PEOPLE HERE ARE THE CREEPY PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN MOTEL FULL TIME AND THE ALWAYS RUDE OWNER!!
