Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a block of 8 rooms months in advance for a wedding, and the motel confirmed everything at the time of booking. No one from the motel ever contacted me to say there was a problem. It wasn't until I called them myself — just two days before the reservation — that I was told the rooms were not available. This last-minute notice caused an enormous amount of stress trying to find alternate accommodations for our guests. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from Sundeck Motel. We made a reservation for a block of 8 rooms months in advance for our wedding. We called 3 weeks before the event to confirm but were told no one was available who handled reservations, but they would call us back. They never did. A couple of days before the wedding, we called again to confirm, and were informed only 4 out of the 8 reserved rooms were available.
