One thing that stood out was how organized the entire process felt compared to stories I’ve heard from friends. Meetings started on time, updates were clear, and paperwork was explained properly. Near the end we noticed a few paint imperfections during the walkthrough, though the crew fixed them within days. The builder never made small concerns feel unimportant or inconvenient.
We decided to build with Sun Custom Homes and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Jerry, Jeff, Steve, and Kim make an incredible team. Sun Custom built our current house in early 2017. 6 years later (in mid-2023) we had a leak in the hot water manifold resulting in some water damage to an interior wall. Although they had no legal obligation to fix the issue, Jeff Buller and Sun Custom repaired the damage (mold remediation, sheetrock and baseboard replacement, texture, paint, etc.) at their expense.
