Downhill year after year. I had an account for 22 yrs and I’m glad to be without them. Antiquated, online system sucks, bill pay is rediculous. Poor problem solving. Will not help if you send a check out in the mail will not help you if someone intercepted your check and cashed it illegally. Will not even give you a letter to start a police report. They said they don’t want to get involved.
