Both locations have very knowledgable staff. I took my sweet time deciding what I want and bothered the crew for a few days and they helped anyway! They're real honest about the build of the bikes and explaining anything you need to know about bikes.
Been shopping with SCB and Ross for nearly 20 years. No nonsense and good product and pricing is what makes it all work!
I stopped by the Killen store to have my wife's bike checked out and the guys at the shop are awesome. They know what they're doing and they are very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time that Jimmie and Joel spent to teach me about different gear I needed. These guys are the go to mechanics.

To make a long story as short as possible me and my wife are in our late 40's and haven't ridden since we were kids. We decided to start up riding for the exercise when we were at a local chain sporting goods store and they had a bunch of bikes on clearance. Big mistake as we had nothing but problems with them especially my wife's (back rim was warped, brakes dragging on it, front brakes didn't work at all and this was on a bike less than 3 days old that she hadn't even been able to ride a mile yet.. Great place very knowledgeable and helpful. Son went in after his bike broke we asked how much it would be to get things fixed so he could save up. They fixed his bike like new!!! Parts were comparable to online prices we had looked at will be back. Thank you again
