Just got back from Puerto Vallarta 12/7 /22. The last 2 years in a row we have used Joyce as our travel agent. Even with a small snag in the planning, she was able to pull it all together and get us on our way. Not to mention, she put me in contact with a service that does The excursions. We went on 5 different excursions in the 7 days we were there it was awesome. We are already starting to plan for next year! So fun.
Very disappointing, they will tell you what you want to hear and do the opposite. be very careful they will do whatever they can to maximize the profit they make off of you.
