Called before i started driving here to make sure they would be open. She told me the last call is 5:15. I drove a whole hour and got here at 5. Then she makes me wait 30 minutes in their chair to then say they’re closed???
Terrible experience. The service was awful and completely unhelpful. Why would you hire a receptionist like this? She only makes patients feel worse. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. One star is already too generous.
I legit just got back from a blood test here and there's already so many things wrong with this place that I noticed. First of all, they are INCREDIBLY understaffed. There's like, only 2 people working in the back and 1 overwhelmed person at the front. It's insane. The second thing that I noticed and unfortunately experienced first hand was the insanitary environment of this lab.
