What's with all Sun Lab locations?! I've been trying to get my blood work done and tried going to the locations around Rowland Heights/City of Industry/Hacienda Heights and made sure to check the hours on their site, Google, and yelp, and even tried calling if only they would ever pick up the calls.. I went to those locations before they closed and when I got there, they were already closed! Why not update the hours online if they would close early to let people know? The staff in the back were great — friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the front desk lady’s attitude ruined the overall mood of the visit.
This location is closest to me. Front desk was professional. My phlebotomist was very skilled (which honestly really is the only thing I care about. I'm terrified of needles and my phlebotomist was very very nice). No complaints
Bad service, will only speak to you if you speak Chinese, five people skipped in line in-front of me because she kept telling me to sit down and snatched the number off my hands. Avoid the front desk lady Sherry
