I legit just got back from a blood test here and there's already so many things wrong with this place that I noticed. First of all, they are INCREDIBLY understaffed. There's like, only 2 people working in the back and 1 overwhelmed person at the front. It's insane. The second thing that I noticed and unfortunately experienced first hand was the insanitary environment of this lab. Bad attitude!!!!!!!!!
I took my mom to have blood test, I never knew it took two hours waiting!! I don't blame employees, can you believe there is only two people work here! One for check in and the other one for blood draw. The owner of Sun Lab should hire more people to work here.
