this place is extremely rude. and very short staffed. I took my elderly mom to this place for a blood test. the girl was commanding me to roll up her sleeves, and then commanding me to move the chair for her, as if I am her slave. really? what if I am not there, isn't this supposed to be your job? after she quickly disinfected the site with a cotton ball dipped with alcohol, she put on the glove, touched various places, and touched the insertion site multiple times, I reminded her to make sure that she clean the site again w... read more
Today I took my mom here at wheeler ave for bloodwork. The place is nice and clean. And a girl named Calla is very friendly and knowledgeable. She is so kind and helpful!
I drove all the way here from Claremont because their hours were that they took lunch from 12 to one. When I got here there’s a sign on the door that they 130.
Very long wait on a Friday morning, then were unable to draw blood on my kid after several attempts and told us to go to the Monterey Park location which is supposedly better with kids
It would be best to arrange an appropriate number of staff to solve the waiting
