Black hair phlebotomist was incredibly skilled and professional. They made the blood draw quick and painless, and their friendly demeanor helped put me at ease. I truly appreciated their efficiency and care. Highly recommend! But!!!The air conditioning temperature is set far too low, making it uncomfortable to stay in the room. It feels freezing and unpleasant. This issue needs urgent attention to improve customer experience.
Are they free electricity? It's winter now, the temperature at 8am was only 50°F and rain, but they turned on the air cool conditioner？？！！I waited almost an hour, and I was freezing to death. Now I have cold symptoms LOL ,asian nurse is professional and fast,can't feel any pain,If I need my blood taken again, I will go to this location again because of her and wear my thickest clothes
The lady that took my blood jabbed me pretty good yesterday. It hurt and was sore all day and today it looks horrible :/ It was a big swollen bump yesterday and today it is a dark red bruise. I've never had a bad experience doing blood work before and I feel disappointed about it.
I only liked how I was in and out within 15-20 minutes, but this place is pretty dirty. The check in ladies/nurses could work on their people skills and cleanliness. I was handed a form to fill out and noticed there was ants crawling on it. My form was grabbed from me before I could even finish it because they’re shoving other papers in front of you.
