Absolutely nasty. Samples are left in an open area, next to the bathroom, where anyone can easily tamper. Old buildings. Some areas don't look very hygienic. The office charged more than the insurance copayment. I had to call the billing department to get a refund.
Receptionist has got a terrible attitude and failed to properly communicate with the customer In English. She’s very rude and abusive, and she always likes to bully patients in numerous occasions. She defiantly is not suitable for this job as a receptionist.
I went for blood and urine tests on August 13th, but a week later they said they didn't have my report. I called and they said it's none of their business. Their attitude is terrible. Don't go to this place!
