Receptionist has got a terrible attitude and failed to properly communicate with the customer In English. She’s very rude and abusive, and she always likes to bully patients in numerous occasions. She defiantly is not suitable for this job as a receptionist.

I went for blood and urine tests on August 13th, but a week later they said they didn't have my report. I called and they said it's none of their business. Their attitude is terrible. Don't go to this place!

I think a lady here needs more professional training. Not professional at all. Just drew blood from my 4-year-old daughter, and couldn't find the vein. She stuck it in and out from left and right for more than ten times before she found it. I told her to change people and not to continue.
