I drove one hour to get here, I arrived at 11:45 am today. I am told they can't see me today. The hours listed are wrong. I asked what time they close, they said 1230. I asked why they can't see me. I was told there were too many people. There were 3 people in the waiting room. What a waste of time, gas and money to park.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a medical facility. The front desk staff is shockingly rude--to every single person in line. The line was out the door, and the receptionist was not only slow but actively hostile, snapping at patients and treating anyone who didn't immediately understand her with open contempt. The worst place I have been. The front desk she show other patients private information to me . This is against the HIPPA，and blood draw didn’t get disinfected. They told you go to get urine samples You have to ask them where is the bathroom . After you come back , that don’t ask you go into the lab and have the blood draw, you wait outside a long time. And also they said , patients are not allowed to throw the paper which hold the urine sample in their trash can . You have to go to outside . Every body is so mean here. Also... read more
