Always an issue here. Always opens late. Rude staff. They don’t honor their hours. Don’t interfere with the nurse’s lunch. She’s a monster. Do better.
Went in with a doctor’s referral for bloodwork, did not know the hours until I got here. Front desk staff asked the technician if the request was straightforward enough that she could do it before lunch. “Hell no, we close in 2 minutes” was the technician’s response.” While looking at the referral to me and the front desk staff. Deberian cerrar este lugar es una muerda, la recepción y el servicio es pésimo cierran a las 12 del dia por hora de almuerzo y no quieren atender a los pacientes, llegue y que no me van a atender. Vi esas mujeres siendo demasiado salvajes al intentar hacerle una prueba de laboratorio a una niña menor de edad. Son un desastre absoluto.
I drove one hour to get here, I arrived at 11:45 am today. I am told they can't see me today. The hours listed are wrong. I asked what time they close, they said 1230. I asked why they can't see me. I was told there were too many people. There were 3 people in the waiting room. What a waste of time, gas and money to park.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a medical facility. The front desk staff is shockingly rude--to every single person in line. The line was out the door, and the receptionist was not only slow but actively hostile, snapping at patients and treating anyone who didn't immediately understand her with open contempt.
