"I had a great experience here. I was in a rush and they were incredibly accommodating, getting me in without a problem, 2 hour turn around time. The service was top-notch from start to finish—the staff was super helpful, and my clothes came back looking perfect and on time. I'll definitely be back for all my dry cleaning needs
Very shocked by how bad the service is here. When I dropped clothing off, the lady was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me; she was distracted, just saying to come back on Thursday without giving me some form of accountability or asking for my information. I assumed she used my name tag to identify me and left it at that. When I returned two weeks later, they could not find my uniform because the name was misspelled. Horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN
I have been using this place for the past few years. The staff is amazing and incredibly nice and fantastic at what they do. I cannot recommend their services enough!
