Im not sure if all 3 of the manual washers are lacking soap or maybe they just dont put out much but the middle and the inner one just dont cut it when it comes to suds. Ive been 5 times in 3 weeks trying to catch the refill but to no avail. I still really like the card option to pay, you dont see that too often on the manual washes. Still my preferred location but that soap issue needs to be addressed.
Great customer service! I paid for Sunclassics Car Wash’s ‘Porsche’ top tier wash, but there was a malfunction and the wash did not dispense soap or complete the cycle. I called the customer service number and was compensated with a voucher for a free VIP car wash and was provided with a full refund within less than a week. I will absolutely be back again. Sunclassics is now my go-to car wash location!
