Great neighborhood atmosphere
True value wouldn’t accept a return of a brand new, unused grill bought by a dementia patient. My mother purchased a grill and propane tank at True Value last week. She paid $400 cash and they delivered it to her home. She doesn’t need a grill and doesn’t even grill.I came to see her in sun city and was surprised she had this new grill. I called true value and spoke to Bob the manager who was great. I explained how my mom has dementia and isn’t thinking clearly. He agreed to pick It up and refund the money back to my mom. Very nice place
Kathy was right there greeting me when I walked in. She helped me with kindness and courtesy in nuts and bolts ☺️. She Even got me the name, phone number, and directions on how to get to a place that could help me with more.
