Buyer beware! Pulte salespeople will say anything to make the sale, Pulte will tell you, that’s too bad. You can negotiate a better rate, I paid 40% less than what Pulte was asking.
We are extremely pleased with our new home! The quality of the build, the communication that we received and the willingness of the sales and construction team to accommodate our requests was very much appreciated. Our construction manager Ben was a real pleasure to work with. His patience, knowledge and pride in the work that was being done was truly wonderful.
