The team made moving to Texas and buying in Sun City easy. It was so nice to not have to worry about our new house as we transitioned to Texas
We were happy in Dallas and knew nothing about 55+ communities, but we visited some friends who had recently moved to Sun City, met Marjan, and bought a house all in the same weekend. We’ve had a great experience with Pulte and love our new home. We are thrilled to be here!!!
I'm extremely happy with my Pulte Home. From purchase to the 1 year final inspection, I was treated with care. My issues (which were very few) were addressed and left me completely happy.
Just moved from an older home in Sun City to a brand new larger home. The build quality on our new home is great and the construction manager went over every detail of the house with us to be sure we were satisfied. We wanted a bigger house but didn’t want to leave Sun City—we have such a great time here!
