I had a terrible experience during my sleep study. The room was way too hot. The building itself is nice and cool, but the room I slept in had very poor air flow. I was not able to sleep well at all. It’s been two weeks since my sleep study and I have sores that hurt on my head from the electrodes. I won’t be returning. I gave two stars because even though I had a bad experience, I can say that the staff and nurse practitioner are very nice and professional.

Highly unprofessional location. Booked a sleep study and since I would have to pay mostly out of pocket, I asked how much it would cost. The staff would not tell me because they said it would depend on my insurance. I clarified over and over that I mean how much does it cost TOTAL, not how much my insurance would charge me and the receptionist on the phone just would not tell me and even kinda mocked me a little for asking. Worst customer service ever..never made it past the lady that said she was office manager ..she acted like she was doing me a FAVOR..by me going there..DO NOT RECOMMEND...if service is bad at beginning imagine the medical help...

1. Registered nurse, not a doctor 2. Room is filthy, sheets are old and dirty, spots on the wall can be cleaned 3. "Doctor" is very unprofessional, and arrogant, she doesn't listen nor give any consideration of patients current condition. 4. The front desk is rude 5. They charge copay which no where else would if refered by tricare. 6. DO NOT GIVE YOUR SSN!!! Not law or regulation requires you to give them that information.

I couldn't get pass making the appointment. The staff was unbearably passive aggressive, sarcastic and condescending. I was really trying to focus on the task and ignore her tone and comments but she became unbearable. That was enough for me to see that this was not the right place for my family.
