Very poor experience. Over the past 5 months I was told things over the phone that later turned out to be untrue, and communication was extremely poor. I made multiple trips to the business only to be told to come back again and again, and that I was in the same boat as 50-60 other people wanting pools in Townsville, which was a complete waste of my time. Sun City Pools were able to fit into our schedule during the sale of our home. Easy to deal with and provided detailed reports including photos. The pool equipment was looked after and always put back in the same place.
Great range of Pots, Water Features, bird baths and Balinese decor. Fantastic service from Michelle, Tony and the team.
We arrived to find a new shipment of ornaments and pots. We already have a eater feature in our front yard from them. Love it
