They never answers their phones! They always send you straight to voicemail! Front desk always has an attitude!
I’ve been requesting some help with some claims that were billed to my insurance, but have yet to receive ANY call backs. I understand your systems being hacked and ALL of your patient info being depleted is out of your control. But to not offer any real solutions to the many patients and their families who have been affected IS UNACCEPTABLE. Excellent pediatricians they take their time when doing a checkup. I really recommend them, they were my pediatricians and of the family for almost 30 years.
