Lack of maintenance over time will be the downfall here. Management is sub par, custodian and maintenance staff have no schedules. They are seen daily wandering around aimlessly while residents see where attention is needed but not much concern from the staff. They seem to wait for things to do break instead of doing proper maintenance, usually costing more. Hopefully once the builder is gone the HOA will get better at managing before Sun City goes downhill any further.
