Holy rude staff Batman! The ladies at the east side location are very stand-off ish! I arrived 10 minutes early for a 10:00am appt and at 10:30 I went up to the desk and asked if everything was good and the lady told me that there was still 2 more patients before me! So they wanted me to wait until 12:00 for a 10:00 appt! Like Seinfeld says they know how to take appointments they just don’t know how to keep appointments! Don’t go here! Save your money and tell Tricare that you request another provider!
