Absolutely sickening experience here. I had important documents to fax for the state. I called and was told it was 15 cents per page which I was happy to pay especially since UPS charges $1.00 per page. When I arrived the same woman that told me 15 cents now said that I must pay a $25.00 annual fee to the homeowners association (even though single family homeowners are exempt from this fee in Sun City) to have my documents faxed and wouldn't honor what she told me the previous day on the phone.
