I been a patient of Dr. Guerrero since 2018 had him in a high standard since I became his patient but lately his service has changed, I been rescheduled 3 times back to back "supposedly family emergency" always the same excuse which is getting old that excuse honestly. Back when I saw him ordered me exams as urgent and wanted to see me within 2 weeks after and since then haven't seen him keep in mind exams where urgent for him. Odd location for a gastroenterology clinic. It's located in a mission-style building housing an eclectic cluster of businesses and random services and the odd place to pay traffic tickets. No clear signs on any of the doors and once you find the right one there is no reception desk. No one to greet you. Just a small map on the right side of the wall and then a sign telling you who's who on the roster. A narrow hallway leads to another. There you check in and face a LONG wait.
