We had an issue with the fan clutch on our 4 month old Super Duty, so we came in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. They had it diagnosed, parts ordered, and the combine parts we picked up that day loaded into a courtesy vehicle within a half hour. Service like that is why we keep buying vehicles there.
