We have long-standing customers but no more. Two reservations ago our driver was extremely unprofessional and the office graciously gave us a credit to use on a future reservation. When I tried to use that I was told nothing was noted in our account. Fast forward to our last experience on October 19, 2022. Upon first call to say we were ready to be picked up at Phoenix Airport we were told by Matt that the service was running slow and would be 20-25 minutes late.
