Kinda expensive, no returns. I bought a rim and and had to true the rim and properly tension the spokes on a brand new rim 👿. But I needed the rim now because my old one was shot. I only go here in a pinch

I had horrible customer service by the owner of all people. Had multiple faulty repairs and a tune up with nothing changing with my bike. Most recently was told to buy a $75 rim which I was told was a huge discount (online it was $40) and five mins after the repair my tube blew due to improper install of rim. I lost a lot of money at this shop, was spoken to rudely and my bike is still broken. Do not waste your time here.
Great service! I appreciated their attentiveness as well as knowledge of the different bikes they sell. They let me explore and ask all the questions I had and didn’t force me towards a specific product. Would recommend checking them out!
Stopped in after being told I could get hockey skates sharpened here. Got great advice and found out the skates I purchased for my kid were too big. Went with the skate rental program, couldn't be more satisfied.
Our daughter just started ice skating last year, and we were/are clueless! Steve has been nothing but helpful and informative on everything we ask. Our first fitting for skates, he was clear and helpful in what my daughter would experience when starting to wear her skates. She has now outgrown them and he has gone above and beyond to get her what she needs for RENTING! So glad we were directed here by Janesville's Learn to Skate program! Thank you Steve!
Wife went in to go get skates for our daughter and was told by the older gentelman, after trying to size for new rental skates, this is a waste of his time. Grumpy, rude customer service is perhaps an indication that it is time for him to move on to retirement. THIS SHOP IS A WASTE OF MY TIME!
