Called to make an appt for the future as my husband has chest pain that needs attention but not urgent as we have him evaluated. They can not make a future appointment because we do not have the insurance card till mid July when we become active, if l wait till then I won't get an appointment in July, l asked to speak to the manager and she said was busy. We will take our Atena PPO with local 1932 elsewhere. Very poor service.

"I was referred to Sun City Cardiology by my primary physician, but I had a negative experience with the receptionist. Despite explaining my congestive heart failure condition and active insurance, I was told to go to the emergency room for tests. I felt disrespected and unsupported. I strongly advise anyone with a heart condition to avoid this office. Their lack of urgency and care is unacceptable."
