I have been going to this gym for around 3 months. I thought it was good at first but my opinion has changed. It is unbearably hot. I am not exaggerating this one little bit 100% of the time it’s colder outside than inside. You can not workout because of how hot it is. Don’t go here you will get a heat stroke. I have been here waiting for my friend to finish not working out Iand I am dripping in sweat. At this point I think they are trying to make it hot.
Been working out here for more than 4 years. It is not Planet Fitness (thank God). Owned by two locals and run like they care more about their members than their bottom line. The gym has an incredibly positive encouraging vibe. Going there is the highlight of my day. Also, super safety conscious!
This gym truly feels like home. The energy is amazing, and there’s a real sense of community. Shane and Lizzie are incredibly inspiring and kind with everyone. They even pray in the mornings before the gym opens, which I love. The atmosphere is friendly, and most of the trainers and staff are approachable and happy to help if you ever need a tip or support. My husband has called over 20+ to cancel his gym membership as we no longer live in the area, no one ever answers the phones. Here we are 9 months later and got charged the annual fee. It’s frustrating, trying to get through and no one picks up the phone .
