I want to say Dr Cases is amazing and has done great for my mother however every single appt we come to morning do we show up on time but early and have to wait almost 2 hrs before she’s even seen They really need to do better and either not overbook patients or start saying instead of 9 the appt is at 11 otherwise do something because it makes 0 sense to have patients waiting that and we end up waiting in the car because the waiting room is always so full
Dr is fantastic, the facility is a mess. The OR and prep are very clean. On the other hand, the waiting room and bathrooms are very dirty. The office manager is loud and overbearing. I don't want to hear her foolishness from the back room.
Dr. Honcula was great as usual. The staff is not up par when it comes to making patient feel comfortable. The lady anesthesiologist had worst attitude and I felt like she was being racist and just wanted me to be in pain. Then the lady beside me white of course was given anesthesia after chewing gum and they made her spit it out and was still given anesthesia. My experience with Sun City was wonderful. Dr. Adams was wonderful and the staff was great! I totally was calm and comfortable. Love them!
If you value your health and handle your business professionally I beg you not to go work with this company they have absolutely disregarded my health and setting up these appointments for over a month now I need three different surgeries and they have been set up multiple times and they have just absolutely disregarded my time and my health I didn't receive my appointment notice until 1 hour before the appointment after being told I'd be charges $70 fee if I miss the appointment I have been asking for weeks to know when my ... read more
