This is the absolute worst care that you could receive at a surgery center! I was told to be here at 11:30 a.m. and it has been 2 hours with no end in sight! No one received a phone call from this place indicating that they are more than 2 hours behind! That would be common courtesy! There are not enough chairs for patients to sit in the waiting room. Very pleased with all the staff and doctor casas they were very helpful and very friendly, I will recommend it to everyone who needs it ❤!!!
So here I am. I am lucky I am seating on a chair. Patients of all ages are standing because there are no more chairs. There are 15 people with bracelets waiting. No one has been called in an hour. The black haired gothic woman who must be the receptionist was having a melt down when I checked in. Was throwing papers and cursing under her breath. Politelty, I asked her is she was okay. The young employee in the reception/registration is extremely angry today. She's throwing papers, clipboards and obviously being rude to patients today.
