Repairs undertaken on residential central ducted system. Work undertaken in a professional and timely manner. Technicians knowledgable in their field. Very good communications from tradies and office staff. Happy with outcome and final quote prices.
Outstanding service. My call was taken immediately, and a service appointment was organised within the next 2 days. The staff were efficient and clearly detailed the costs involved. The staff member who was assigned the job turned up on time and was very efficient, diagnosing the fault and rectifying it within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

Much like other reviewers for Sun City we were charged an exorbitant call out fee for them to diagnose a simple issue - $381 for them to essentially tell us a part needed replacing. We then had no communication from them for over 48 hours (so we decided to contact another company and tell them what part needed to be replaced), and were then quoted $400 more than the other company to replace the part. I understand that it's summer in Brisbane, but this is nothing more than price gouging.
