Much like other reviewers for Sun City we were charged an exorbitant call out fee for them to diagnose a simple issue - $381 for them to essentially tell us a part needed replacing. We then had no communication from them for over 48 hours (so we decided to contact another company and tell them what part needed to be replaced), and were then quoted $400 more than the other company to replace the part. I understand that it's summer in Brisbane, but this is nothing more than price gouging.
Came out as soon as they could, found the problem and fixed it straight away. Technician was super polite and explained to us what he was doing step by step...will definitely use them again!
