I was doubtful in the beginning, I had never worked with a CD broker before. After meeting with ****, I felt more comfortable. I am glad I made the right decision to work with Sun Cities Financial Group.

I was very pleased with my dealings with Sun Cities Financial Group. The representative was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed my visit. I got a higher paying CD that was FDIC insured with a good bank I had not heard of but they were very reputable and highly rated also.

I am absolutely delighted with your service. It is refreshing to work with a company that is truly interested in their clients needs. After meeting with (my representative) I felt much more comfortable. I opened my first account and am happy I made the decision to work with Sun Cities.

I found the representative provided excellent service and was able to answer any questions regarding their business. When I met with them in their office personally they listened to my concerns and provided good options. In this environment where interest on savings is so low we found a safe way for our money to work a little harder for us. Since we opened our account our calls have always been answered in a timely manner.**********************

Amber and Charles S******* both lied. Amber told me I could get a CD at 4.9% for six months FDIC INSURED. I confirmed this with her when I made the appointment and the day before the appointment, 10-23-19, because I did not want to drive the 30 miles to the office if this rate was not available. Amber said Charles would not be in the office until 1PM. I said “ask him to call me to confirm”. I went to SunCities Financial Group and I had a great experience. I wish my bank could get me these high rates but I like Sun Cities more anyway because they really take the time to ask me questions and explain things more throughly. I am a widow and I need more help making decisions. The person I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend Sun Cities Financial Group. There also wasn’t any fees or commissions that my bank tried to scare me with about Sun Cities.

A few years ago, I responded to their ad about a CD. I think they stated that they had many banks to deal with. But at the appointment, he only had one, and he said I didn’t qualify since I already had a bank account with that bank, Bank of Internet. Last week, I responded to another of their high interest (4.8%) CD ads and scheduled an appointment with Michael M******.
