Dropped my car off at 9:30 told them what the issue was and that I needed my car back at 2. Didn’t even drive it until 1:30 and told me they couldn’t find anything wrong. Told me the transmission noise I’m hearing was an unbalanced tire. Weird how the tire is only unbalanced when the truck goes through the gears. Transmission shuddered on the way there and on the way home. Known problem with model vehicle. Very disappointed always had a good experience up until this point.
They always do a great job with my vehicle!
