Absolutely horrible! They’ve lost me as a customer. I will never purchase another car or get service at Sun Chevy again. I scheduled an oil change for an Equinox with 24,000 miles. It cost me $347. The service manager bullied me into believing I needed a fuel valve change. When I pushed back and told him I had a child fighting cancer and wanted to avoid any unnecessary charges, he told it was absolutely necessary and I needed to read my service manual.
