Dr. Hsu and his team are fantastic! I've been a patient for a few years now. The office is always very clean, staff are friendly, and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Also, I recently had a permanent retainer break just before a vacation...I called the office first thing in the AM, and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment wherein Dr. Hsu fixed the retainer. Highly recommend!
Called to make a limited appointment for my daughter who was in pain. We were not able to be seen originally until Thursday due to a fully booked schedule. I received a call not too shortly after to see if we would be able to come in today instead! Showed up, greeted warmly, no hassle, one of the smoothest transactions ever. We moved into town earlier in the year and our routine 6-month dental cleaning and exams were due. Everyone from the receptionist who answered the phone, the front desk, and the hygienist and dentist at chair side really made a point to communicate clearly and effectively, often offering time to ask questions. We brought our almost 4-year-old there and Dr. Hsu was great, very patient and thorough. Great service and knowledgeable dentist. Honestly shared his opinion about options for my teeth and has modern imagery to see gums and teeth in real time. Highly recommend Sun Dentistry if you’re looking for the one on one attention that you can’t find in other offices with multiple dentists.
