I have been a client for years. I called in today to ask if I have any tans left under my name. The girl said that she cannot tell me over the phone. And, she continued to say that I have to come into the shop to find out. How rude and riduculous! There are too many local competitors for tanning for Suncathers to make people go out of their way to get information about their account! Dont they understand that people want to go somewhere that is user friendly and accommodating, not an inconvenience!

Sun Catchers is my favorite place to tan. The staff is knowledgable and the facility is clean!
"GREAT" place to tan.... clean, comfortable beds. Was treated very nice, and will continue to tan there!!
