Great job. They were very professional and got out all the dark spots in my house. This was our second time using a carpet cleaning and they did a fantastic job and took their time. John was very accommodating and even gave us a discount! Couldn’t have asked for better!

Good experience from start to finish. Gave them two rugs to clean, one that had a cat urine stain on it. I wasn’t that optimistic but when I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised - you can hardly see it. The other one looks beautiful. Helpful customer service team and the guy who picked up my rug and delivered it back were friendly.
Dan did a good job and was pleasant. He was very professional and as requested was careful with new wood flooring we just put in. He also said he loved working for the company and that the owners were wonderful people to work for. That was very refreshing to hear. Super fast and simple. This is my second time using them and will do so again.
