If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I’ve waited three years to write this review, and I’m still irritated. Now that I’ve finally sold the camper, I feel like I can be honest about how bad this experience was. I traded in a camper and bought a toy hauler they claimed would work with my Goldwing. It didn’t. Great family owned rv dealership. Would recommend checking them out before purchasing elsewhere.
Great price on the camper but CJ in service is a joke. Don’t ever expect a call back, (been trying to get things fixed for months and even sent pictures in 2 months ago and now they say that that’s not good enough and that it has to be there for them to inspect. How can you inspect it if I never get a call to schedule?!?) and when you raise it to the manager Paul and he calls you back he has a complete lackluster attitude and literally doesn’t care.
