Just purchased new rv trailer from Michelle 3wks ago, haven't made the first payment yet. The jack has broke and claim reported to replace. Still waiting for claim to be processed, on a jack, a jack!!!!. No help or follow up from Michelle. Just excuses. She's a fast talker and claims to be there for ALL YOUR NEEDS. NOT!!!! Great family owned rv dealership.
I bought my Jayco from Michele and it went great she was great. However the service department in Fort Pierce just let me know today that they will no longer be selling Jayco’s therefore the claim I had is null and void. I had a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty which I have had alot of issues like a new front door my ceiling bubbled glue came loose in one slide, my other slide had to have a new motor you could actually see outside, I needed a new toilet bad seals and my counter on island was bubbling.
