By telling the true to customer also by not ripping off the customer
Not only did they not honor the contract, now they will not return the deposit!! They make deals, get a signed contract, you give them a deposit to hold the RV, then they low ball the trade in. Now won't return the deposit. I have called and emailed Cody and Chaz and neither have returned my calls or emails. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The salesman knew how much money I had borrowed and that I didn't have the money to go any higher on the price. Purchased a brand new camper was a very pleasant experience
I really can't say enough good about Sun Camper Liquidators and the staff there. I just purchased a used RV from Ira (and Chad), with amazing financing assistance from Merle, comprehensive walk through with Rick and support from the girls out front. Outstanding dealer! The customer service was very friendly and professional. Chad did an excellent job of showing us all the inventory and when we selected our new trailer, he knew all the features of it too. No high pressure sales or tricky gimmicks.
