I traded a used Newmar Class A Motor Home for a new Cherokee Wolf Pup at Sun Camper RV on 3/18/2021. Huge mistake! I wanted to buy local, so I allowed them to lowball my trade-in, but that was nothing compared to the grief I suffered dealing with them for more than a year. Try to work with these people fairly but in the end they tried to charge me more than their asking price. If they think customers are all stupid and treat them that way they will be bankrupt. I read positive reviews thats why I chose them, but they must have been from relatives.
Here is my story: My best friend is a 71 year old grandmother. She has been looking for a travel trailer. We finally found one she liked at Atlantic Marine and RV aka Sun Camper Liquidators. Our salesman was Jacob. She was so excited. We were informed that the trailer would go through a full service two times before we would take delivery. Not only did they not honor the contract, now they will not return the deposit!! They make deals, get a signed contract, you give them a deposit to hold the RV, then they low ball the trade in. Now won't return the deposit. I have called and emailed Cody and Chaz and neither have returned my calls or emails. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The salesman knew how much money I had borrowed and that I didn't have the money to go any higher on the price.
