I would give zero stars as the phone numbers won't go through. They won't respond to emails. Ordered replacement filters and scents and have never received them back in September. Took our money though.
I have used this shower head since 2018, and just recently have had a bad experience with the company. Is it still in business
5 for the product, 0 for customer service and attempting to replace parts! I ordered in June, never received them. I've requested refund twice through email, and once through the customer site. PLEASE contact me!
