Difficult to get replacement parts but nice product
Nice shower heads but the WORST customer service. We ordered several replacement parts and 2 weeks later we hadn't received them. I had to send several emails asking for a tracking number. We were told that our product hadn't even been sent. We were told that it would be another 3 weeks. I asked several times for tracking numbers but were never given one. If you are tempted to buy one of these shower heads, think twice unless you don't care to get replacement parts.
