Would highly recommend Sun Blue Pools. After resurfacing and retiling our pool a few years back with Sun Blue, we needed to have a handhold put back on the tile that had fallen off. I called them and within a day or two they had someone come out and repair the issue free of charge. Excellent customer service!
From start to finish! Working with all the employees of Sun Blue Pools was a breath of fresh air. They showed up to appointments on time. Communicated every step of the way. Stuck with the timeline of completion. I was beyond impressed. I wanted the pool to be done before my sons birthday and I loved how after each update on the pool the continued to say it will be done “before your sons birthday” and I appreciated how they remembered that detail. Alan especially was wonderful to work with! I can’t recommend them enough!
Sun Blue Pools did a fantastic job on my pool and deck remodel. They were responsive and promptly addressed any issues or concerns. The office staff and technicians were friendly and professional, and we would definitely recommend Sun Blue Pool Services.
