These guys were amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond. Amitt promised me to install a charging cord. Now a year latter the blinds require charging. Good luck getting up their now. I would not recommend this place. I called to explain but they want hidden fees. Go else where DO NOT BUY HERE.
I tried reaching out to Sunblinds proactively, but they ignored me completely. When I finally got a response, it was full of excuses, and it quickly became clear they weren’t interested because it probably wasn’t going to be a large order. I only chose to contact them again because they had installed all my blinds a couple of years ago—but that was clearly a mistake. Been reaching out to them since the beginning of August to repair a broken blind, that they installed a few years ago. Also to install a few new blinds. They’ve been giving us the run around since then, sporadic responses and leaving us hanging. Deeply unimpressed.

SunBlind YVR service was prompt and professional. Amit provided lots of different options with all sorts of budgets and at the end, the price is very very reasonable while the quality of the products does not compromise. Sunny, the installer, is also very professional and efficient. At the time needed, he provided detailed alternatives and suggestion based on his expertise, with full and clear communication.
